A complete mailpack

Besides printing and personalization of mailings we also take care of the fulfilment. We enclose printed letters, plastic cards, authorization forms and/or combiolas manually or mechanically in envelopes and post them afterwards. On a daily basis we process the mutations for many organizations.

We offer plenty of options regarding mail packs. You can choose to have different text content on every letter and add attachments to you mailpack. We take care that the right plastic card will be on the right letter and is brought to your client/member on the right date. For large and small quantities.

We have our in-house post office for distribution on your own debit number.
In case you don’t have a debit number, we can make you an attractive offer for the distribution of your mailing. We’re having discount agreements with postal services PostNL and Sandd and many other postal services (also internationally).
We are your perfect choice for the fulfilment of brochures or parcels with extra enclosures and corresponding labels.

We can also give you advice in the field of data processing and data collection from your members/clients. This is still a challenging aspect for many organizations. A successful mailing depends on an up-to-date address file.
